WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

SOUNDBATHS & MINI RETREATS

A minimum of 72 hours notice is required if you cannot attend. If less than 72 hours notice is given, it will not be possible to exchange or refund, however we will always try to help you find someone to replace you so that nobody loses out. You may sell your ticket on to another as long as you provide us with the relevant contact details in advance and make them aware of our evant FAQ & Contra-indication page here.

 

BESPOKE EVENTS

Bespoke events have a default cancellation policy of 7 days, although some will have a different cancellation period dependant on the event. If the policy differs from the default then it will be made clear upon booking.
