An invitation to soften the expression\, release the day’s stresses and discover just how much holding we can release in these often-overlooked places. \n✨ Heart-warming cacao – A moment to pause\, savour and connect with yourself\, setting a gentle intention for the afternoon ahead. \n✨ An extended immersive soundbath – Snuggle down beneath your blanket and surrender to the rich\, resonant sounds and vibrations of gongs\, singing bowls and other beautiful instruments. A spacious journey of sound and stillness\, with nothing to do\, nowhere to be and absolutely nothing to achieve. \n✨ Teas\, treats & gentle integration – We’ll close our afternoon with something sweet & delicious\, a warming cuppa and a little time to return at your own pace. \nA little space to exhale.
