DESCRIPTION:Join us for another beautiful Soundbath Mini Retreat to celebrate the longest day of the year in soulful nourishing bliss. \nWe will gather once again in circle for the gift of reflection and intention setting\, with some connection & embodiment practices\, a blissful cacao blessing\, and a deeply healing soundbath with ‘Kali’ the 40inch Divine Mother Gong; ‘Neptune’\, the Gong of unconditional love\, forgiveness\, spirituality\, and mysticism\, as well as the quartz crystal singing bowls aligned to each Chakra\, Tibetan Bowls\, and an array of percussion instruments. \nThe evening will end with gluten free treats\, fresh mint/ginger tea\, and a chance to talk and connect with your sound bath buddies in a beautiful\, cosy setting round the fire. There will be oracle cards on hand too\, should you wish to use them to gain further insights from your experience. \nThe Summer Solstice arrives just as we enter the nurturing and maternal water sign of Cancer.
