DESCRIPTION:Join us for a beautiful evening of self-care\, connection and soul nourishment beneath the gentle energy of the Strawberry Moon. \nDesigned as a nurturing retreat for women\, Glow is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and spend a few precious hours replenishing body\, mind and spirit in a warm and welcoming space. \nOur evening will begin with a gentle arrival and welcome drink before Kerry guides us through a wonderfully relaxing Face Yoga session\, using natural skincare products and simple techniques to help soften tension\, encourage radiance and leave you feeling refreshed from the inside out. \nWe will then move into the lounge\, where cosy beds\, blankets and candlelight await for a deeply restorative soundbath.
