DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to bring you another of our popular Soul nourishing mini retreats\, this time to welcome in Beltane. \nBeltane offers us a moment to pause\, to breathe deeply\, and to celebrate the miracle that is life blooming up from the rich dark fertility of our Earth. When we align with the cyclical rhythms of nature\, we discover the blissful magic all around us. There is peace & prosperity even in the most unlikely of places\, even during the most unlikely of times. \nBeltane is an invitation to open to the sweetness of Mother Earth’s fertile bounty at this beautiful and abundant point between Spring and Summer. In this joyful\, uplifting and inspiring mini retreat\, we will be practicing some guided breathwork exercises to decrease stress\, reset the nervous system and boost the immune system. We will also be partaking in a beautiful Cacao blessing\, a guided meditation and deeply healing Soundbath to help heal at a cellular level. \nOur evening will end with a Fire Ritual and time to reflect & connect with self and others\, with some warming root ginger or fresh mint tea\, and g/f treats and the many decks of oracle cards to help gain further insights if you wish. \nThere will also be a lovely little ritual gift for each participant to take home\, from my heart to yours
