DESCRIPTION:Sunday 2nd August ** 10:30am – 12:00pm (approx.)\nFinchampstead\, Berkshire (full address provided after booking) \nStep away from the busyness of everyday life and join us for a peaceful Sunday morning in a beautiful private garden. \nOur first Secret Garden Yoga & Sound gathering is a chance to slow down\, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself in the tranquillity of nature. \nTogether we’ll enjoy a gentle flowing yoga practice\, calming breathwork\, a graceful Tai Chi-inspired movement sequence\, before settling down for a deeply relaxing outdoor sound journey surrounded by birdsong\, fresh air and the beauty of the garden. \nWith limited spaces and a wonderfully peaceful setting\, this promises to be a truly special way to begin your Sunday. \nNo experience is necessary\, and everything is offered in a relaxed and welcoming way. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to be beautifully looked after for a while. \nThe morning includes:\n🌿 Gentle flowing yoga\n🌿 Relaxing breathwork\n🌿 Tai Chi-inspired movement\n🌿 Outdoor sound journey\n🌿 A peaceful private garden setting \nInvestment\n• £15 for regular Tuesday Yoga members\n• £18 general admission \nThe exact address will be sent after booking\, although the gathering will be held in the Finchampstead area with convenient parking nearby. \nPlease bring:\n• Yoga mat\n• Blanket\n• Cushion (if you’d like one)\n• Water bottle\n• Layers for warmth during the relaxation\n• Anything else that helps you feel comfortable outdoors \nAs this is an outdoor gathering\, the session is weather dependent. Together we’ll create a warm\, welcoming space where there is nothing to achieve\, nowhere else to be\, and no expectation beyond allowing yourself to receive. \nOur evening will unfold gently with grounding\, reflection\, heart-opening ceremonial cacao\, a guided meditation\, and an immersive soundbath using therapeutic singing bowls\, crystal bowls\, chimes and other beautiful instruments\, allowing your nervous system the space it so rarely receives in everyday life. \nWhether you’ve joined me before or are experiencing one of my mini retreats for the first time\, you will be warmly welcomed. \nMany people leave feeling lighter\, calmer\, deeply rested and more connected with themselves. Others simply enjoy giving themselves permission to stop for a while. If less than 72 hours notice is given\, it will not be possible to exchange or refund\, however we will always try to help you find someone to replace you so that nobody loses out. You may sell your ticket on to another.
