DESCRIPTION:Our next event falls on the Full Moon in Cancer\, on Sunday January 16th and we have a brand new evening of bliss for you. In this New Year gathering\, we will be weaving our highly popular Ceremonial Cacao & Sound Bath (With Gong and Tibetan Singing Bowls)\, with a gentle yet powerful Kundalini Yoga practice to start off the New Year on a blissful high. \nFull Moons are typically a time to be letting go of things that no longer serve you\, whether that is a belief\, habit\, relationship\, career\, or clutter (mental\, emotional or physical). Our bliss inducing Cacao and Sound bath will have you soothed and nourished into a place of deep healing\, whilst our short 20min Kundalini practice will help to detoxify all that winter and holiday season indulgence and stagnancy. You do not have to have any experience on Yoga or Kundalini Yoga to enjoy this portion of the evening. \nKundalini Yoga\, is a powerful ancient Indian practice designed to awaken higher levels of consciousness\, build self-mastery and harmonise mind\, body and spirit. You do not need to be flexible\, as most of the class is focussed on life enhancing pranayama (breath work) and small but intense movements called Kriya which can be done by anyone no matter age or ability. Through this breath-work\, specific movements\, and timing\, the practice of Kundalini Yoga works to increase the nervous system on a cellular level and increase your energetic and spiritual awareness.

SUMMARY:New Moon Intention Setting Cacao & Sound Bath
DESCRIPTION:In this next event we will be offering a similar type of evening to our Lunar Eclipse Full Moon ceremony held on 19th November\, although the focus will be on intention setting to harness the New Moon energy therefore it will have its own unique magic. \nI have been STRONGLY called to offer this now\, despite the fact that logically it is only 2x weeks away and we have only just had our full moon event due to the total ‘Solar Eclipse’ falling on the exact day of the New Moon and the powerful energies that this brings with it. I always work with what I am ‘called’ to do\, the reasoning of which is often only truly apparent later\, trusting the universe is my ethos (though its not always the easy first choice lol) \nPowerful dates such as these are fantastic opportunities to raise the collective consciousness via the vibration on the planet\, and that is why I feel such a strong pull to harness this energy. When groups of like minded souls with intentions for good get together\, the power of intent increases monumentally and becomes an important offset against those with more ‘service to self’ intentions. This is the last solar eclipse until Oct 22. \nSo what do we have in store for you?
