DESCRIPTION:On the day of the Full Moon in Virgo itself\, (known as the ‘Worm Full Moon’)\, we will once again meet in circle for a deliciously nurturing & restorative Soundbath and meditation. \nThe Worm Full Moon is always the first Full Moon in March – earthy and grounding\, and spiritually is a reminder that change is always happening underneath the surface\, even if you can’t quite see it yet yourself. \nThis full moon is a chance to have a deep ‘reset’ to snuggle down and deeply absorb the healings from the meditation and the soundbath – a beautiful experience in and of itself or use as a pallet cleanser for our Spring Equinox Mini Retreat coming up on the 21st March. \nI can’t wait to welcome you to either or of course BOTH

DESCRIPTION:This candlelit evening retreat brings a sense of sacredness; time-out in nurturing space to just ‘be’ and to reflect\, all amongst other like-minded souls within an amplified field of conscious awareness. \nThe Spring Equinox is a perfect time to regain balance and harmony in our lives; a powerful opportunity to release the old\, and sow seeds for what we would most love to create in our world during one of the most energetically potent times of the year for manifestation <3 \nIn many cultures the Spring Equinox is known as the true New Year\, when day and night are of equal hours\, and the sun begins to return to its full power\, flooding our Northern Hemisphere with light. In this new age of Aquarius\, this light is bringing forth a deepening awareness and a further awakening of consciousness. It is also a time to balance the Feminine and the Masculine energies. \nYour evening retreat will include cacao blessing\, manifestation practices\, powerful soundbath\, and of course a fire ritual <3. As always there will be time at the end to relax in gentle contemplation with gluten free cakes\, fresh root ginger or mint tea and with an array of Oracle decks to help you gain further insights\, (*if you do not have time to stay the full length\, you are welcome to head off earlier than scheduled) \nI am so looking forward to welcoming you along soon <3 xx
