DESCRIPTION:A nourishing evening awaits you as we welcome in the New Moon in the nurturing and emotional sign of Cancer. \nNew Moons are a time or rejuvenation and manifestation – a fantastic time to set intentions and sew seeds for your longings and desires. Take some well deserved ‘you time’ in this nurturing candlelit space amongst a lovely community of heart-centred souls. \nAfter getting clearer about what we’d like to manifest\, we will code our intentions into a cup of deliciously nutritious ceremonial Cacao\, before snuggling down for a deeply healing guided meditation and soundbath. \nA new moon indicates new beginnings and a fresh start. This new moon in the nurturing sign of Cancer wants us to prioritise our self-care goals and emotional needs. Cancer\, a cardinal water sign\, rules the home\, maternal energy\, intuition and our emotions. With the new moon in Cancer\, we’re prompted to enter a new reality – as it promotes releasing old structures and limitations in our current reality that are no longer serving us\, both on the collective and individual level. \nThe evening will end with gluten free cakes and treats\, fresh mint/ginger tea\, and a chance to talk and connect with your sound bath buddies in a beautiful\, cosy setting. Just like our ancestors\, we successfully use sound healing today on all manner of ailments – from migraines\, insomnia\, mental and emotional imbalances\, stress\, anxiety\, digestive issues and many other medical conditions. \nIt has been found that the frequencies and vibrations of sound baths slow our brainwaves down to alpha and theta waves which is where deep restorative healing (even to DNA level) can occur. This is known as altered states of consciousness\, and you can come away from a sound bath knowing you have not only given yourself some time to deeply relax\, but you are being healed at a cellular level at the same time <3 \nContra-indications: This session is not suitable for anyone with heart conditions (pacemaker)\, epilepsy or first trimester of pregnancy. \nWhat to bring: mat\, cushions (for head and under knees) and water bottle.
