SUMMARY:New Moon Solar Eclipse Mini Retreat
DESCRIPTION:The Solar Eclipse – New Moon (in Libra/Aries axis) carries with it the essence of renewal; illuminating new possibilities\, and bringing us back into relation with our personal power. \nIt brings with it the opportunity of strong shamanic healing\, especially in the area of injustice\, domination and control. Eclipses always have an unpredictable ‘wildcard’ energy to them\, however\, with the pioneering frequency of Aries\, it’s also helping us to come back into alignment with our intended and noble purpose. \nOur evening together will give you the opportunity to feel into these themes in your life\, giving a little time for some journal prompts to assist with setting intentions for a beautiful & blissful Cacao blessing\, followed by a powerfully healing guided meditation and soundbath to help you integrate your intentions and give you new insights. We will also be using this beautiful and sacred space to bring a ‘collective intention’ for a peaceful new earth. \nThe evening will end with with warming ginger or mint tea\, yummy gluten free treats\, and time to connect with your soundbath buddies or to just be reflective. However\, the reason this particular one is getting so much press is because it lands in the USA for the second time in 7x years; and also has Chiron (the wounded healer celestial body) also in Aries in conjunction with the Sun\, which happens only every 50 years.

DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to bring you another popular Soul nourishing mini retreat\, this time to welcome in Beltane and the Full ‘Pink’ Moon in Scorpio. \nThe Gaelic/Celtic celebration of Beltane offers us a moment to pause\, to breathe deeply\, and to celebrate life’s bountiful journey at this abundant mid point between Spring & Summer. \nWhen we align with the cyclical rhythms of nature\, we discover the blissful magic all around us. There is peace & prosperity even in the most unlikely of places\, and even during the most unlikely of times. \nIn this joyful\, uplifting and inspiring mini retreat\, we will start by setting intentions to help focus our attention inwards\, practice some guided breathwork\, partake in a beautiful Cacao blessing\, and relax down for a deeply healing Soundbath to help us heal at a cellular level. \nOur evening will end with some warming root ginger or fresh mint tea\, and gluten free treats.
