DESCRIPTION:Join us for another soulful evening of connection and nourishment to welcome in the Full Moon in the generous and gregarious sign of Leo \nWith the Moon in Leo and the Sun in Aquarius\, this Full Moon brings our attention to themes to do with freedom\, community and ambition \nOur evening together will give you the opportunity to feel into these themes in your life\, giving a little time for some journal prompts to assist with setting intentions for a beautiful & blissful Cacao blessing\, followed by a powerfully healing guided meditation and soundbath to help you integrate your intentions and give you new insights. \nThe evening will end with with warming ginger or mint tea\, yummy gluten free treats\, and time to connect with your soundbath buddies or to just be reflective. Please also let us know if you have any serious mental health conditions. It is unadvisable to take alcohol before one of our events\, and is recommended to have a gentle evening planned afterwards in most cases. With pre-existing conditions\, participants should follow advice of their doctor concerning the practice of yoga\, and participating in sound bath\, breath-work or ceremonial cacao – especially while taking prescription medication.
