DESCRIPTION:In this Full Moon Mini Retreat – we once again enjoy a beautiful evening in circle\, with a blissful cacao blessing\, some connection practices\, intention setting\, guided meditation and soundbath. \nThere will also be a little time to connect and reflect at the end with warming ginger/mint teas and gluten free treats as well as the use of an array of oracle cards to get greater insights from your experience if you wish to use them. \nThis Full Moon will occur in the sign of Aquarius\, a symbol of freedom\, innovation\, independence\, and humanitarianism. Its influence will inspire us to embrace our unique qualities\, seek intellectual growth\, and foster a sense of community and progress. It will also coincide with a partial lunar eclipse symbolising the ending of old patterns\, the culmination of projects\, and the potential for powerful transformations. \nWith the Sun in gregarious\, generous and firey Leo opposite the Moon in Aquarius\, emotions may be heightened and intensified around the expression of individuality. The Leo-Aquarius axis encourages us to balance our own desires and needs with the welfare of the collective\, urging us to find a harmonious integration between self-expression and cooperation. \nThe Full Moon for August is the first of four supermoons\, and it’s a rare blue moon because it’s the third full moon of the season\, bringing us unique energy to work with. It is also known as the Sturgeon Moon \nThis lunation is square Uranus\, suggesting some tense\, rebellious energy connected to our realisations and epiphanies. The Sun is aligned with retrograde Mercury\, and our revelations are pivotal and surprising. While we’re anxious to move forward\, we’re temporarily focusing on the past. \nA minimum of 48 hours notice is required if you cannot attend.
