DESCRIPTION:Welcome 2025 💓Our first Full Moon of a brand new year\, and a perfect opportunity to get together once again after the frenetic pace of festive season. \nAfter spending weeks think about everyone else\, this is YOUR time; time for YOU to be nurtured and nourished in a haven of tranquility. \nIn this Full Moon Mini Retreat – we once again enjoy a beautiful evening in circle\, with a blissful cacao blessing\, some connection practices\, intention setting\, guided meditation and soundbath. \nThere will also be a little time to connect and reflect at the end with warming ginger/mint teas and gluten free treats as well as the use of an array of oracle cards to get greater insights from your experience if you wish to use them. \nThis Full Moon will occur in the nurturing\, nourishing and intuitive sign of Cancer\, so you can rest assured of having the most relaxing and uplifting start to your 2025. And after all the heart opening and intention setting proactices\, you will be guided into a deep relaxation before the soothing and healing vibrations and frequencies help put your body back into homeostasis after the indulgence of the festive season. \nI’m so looking forward to welcoming you along for this nourishing and soulful event under the heavenly light of the Full Moon in Cancer. \nA minimum of 72 hours notice is required if you cannot attend. If less than 72 hours notice is given\, it will not be possible to exchange or refund\, however we will always try to help you find someone to replace you so that nobody loses out. You may sell your ticket on to another. \nSoundbaths are not advisable (unless with Doctors approval) for people with epilepsy\, a pace maker or in their first trimester of pregnancy.
