SUMMARY:Full Moon Meditation & Sound Bath
DESCRIPTION:To celebrate the Buck Full Moon in the earthy sign of Capricorn\, I will be giving a beautiful Yoga Nidra Meditation and Gong Bath on the evening of Sunday 10th July\, in a candlelit haven of tranquility \nAs a Somatic Therapist\, Wellbeing & Empowerment Coach and Kundalini Yoga Teacher\, I have been running these wonderfully healing and nurturing events for over a year; bringing in different sound practitioners to work alongside me whilst I provided all the other healing elements of the mini-retreats and events. \nNow\, having joyfully picked back up my sound healing training\, I am offering tickets to this event on a donation basis\, so I can build up more sound-bath experience on the back of the very successful Summer Solstice event. \nIt is a wonderful opportunity to grab a ticket at a really reasonable rate\, knowing you will be getting the benefit of the exquisitely powerful healing vibrations of Kali (the beautiful Gong)\, Tibetan bowls and multiple percussion instruments\, alongside a deeply powerful Yoga Nidra meditation. \nProceeds from your donations will also be contributing towards my ‘Birthday fund package’ friends and family set up\, to buy a set of Crystal Healing Bowls I’ve fallen in love with. So the next Sound-bath you book for will also have those powerful beauties in too. \nI am passionate about the benefits of sound\, and have been longing to rekindle my sound training I started in India back in 2019\, and now everything has aligned to support me doing so.
