SUMMARY:Summer Solstice Celebration; with Gong Bath\, Cacao & joyful practices of abundance
DESCRIPTION:Join us in a magical evening of celebration\, as we welcome in the Summer Solstice (like our ancestors throughout the ages) and prepare ourselves for Summer\, with a truly special evening to nourish the soul. \nWe have weaved together a beautiful combination of delights for such an occasion – a perfect opportunity for releasing and shedding the old\, and aligning ourselves with a sparkling new fresh energy. \nOur Celebration includes delights such as: \n💗 Enjoy a (brand new) joyfully uplifting ‘celestial communication’ meditation for bringing in abundance \n💗 Indulge mindfully in a cup of blissful ceremonial grade Cacao** (like hot chocolate\, but high in alkaloids & nutrients to enhance feelings of wellbeing and happiness)\, or alternatively\, the 3rd eye opening ‘Blue Lotus’ flower tea which is said to be the highest vibrating plant on the planet \n💗 A short meditation to lead you into a healing sound and Gong bath\, with the powerful gong named ‘Kali’ \n💗 An opportunity to participate in an uplifting and fun ‘fire ritual’ for purification and abundance (like we had at Beltane for those of you that came and really enjoyed it) \nAs always\, we will have gluten free treats\, herbal tea and the oracle cards for you to use\, and there will be some time where you can spend connecting with others in contemplation or celebration. \nThis retreat is being held by Somatic Therapist\, Wellbeing and Empowerment Coach\, and Kundalini Yoga Teacher – Penny Pettman\, and introducing Bradley Jadir Sound & Energy Healer. \n*We will be serving a meditation dose of Ceremonial grade Cacao\, so should be suitable for all <3\, however\, if you are sensitive to Cacao you can swap this for the high vibrational Blue Lotus Tea\, or a herbal tea of your choice which can be taken mindfully instead\, just contact me in advance to arrange. \nFor more details about these events\, and also to read more about Cacao (not recommended in first trimester of pregnancy)\, please visit: https://kundalini-yoga.co.uk/event-list/
