What to Wear
You just need to be comfy…any baggy or stretchy clothes will do.
We are in a hall so wear what will keep you at the right temperature, obviously this will change dependant on the time of year.

What to Bring
Yoga mat or something comfy to lay on
Cushion or pillow to lay your head on
A cushion or support for under your legs as you will be laying down for a long time
Blanket
Water bottle
And…a smile ?
I do have a couple of spare yoga mats and cushions, please let me know if you need one so i can put one aside for you
