As the golden days of summer begin to soften and the evenings draw in just a little earlier, there is a quiet invitation to pause.

Before the busyness of September arrives… before routines gather pace once more… this is an opportunity to take a gentle breath and simply come home to yourself.

Join me for a deeply nourishing evening designed to help you unwind, restore and reconnect with your own inner steadiness. Together we’ll create a warm, welcoming space where there is nothing to achieve, nowhere else to be, and no expectation beyond allowing yourself to receive.

Our evening will unfold gently with grounding, reflection, heart-opening ceremonial cacao, a guided meditation, and an immersive soundbath using therapeutic singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes and other beautiful instruments, allowing your nervous system the space it so rarely receives in everyday life.

Whether you’ve joined me before or are experiencing one of my mini retreats for the first time, you will be warmly welcomed.

A minimum of 72 hours notice is required if you cannot attend. If less than 72 hours notice is given, it will not be possible to exchange or refund, however we will always try to help you find someone to replace you so that nobody loses out. You may sell your ticket on to another.
