About Me

For over 15 years, I have been guiding individuals on a path of deep healing, self-exploration, and transformation. As a trauma-informed somatic therapist and wellbeing coach, my work is rooted in compassion, presence, and intuition, helping others reconnect with their body’s wisdom and emotional resilience.

My journey has led me across the world—from my initial NLP, Coaching and Hypnosis training in London and Dublin in 2007, Energy Psychology in 2009, training as a Heart IQ Coach in Holland from 2012, Plant Medicine in Costa Rica 2018, Kundalini Yoga teacher & Sound in India 2019 to studying further sound healing under gong master Don Conreaux in Poland. I bring together movement, breathwork, energy work, and somatic practices to create powerful, immersive experiences.

For the past four years, I have been running wellbeing retreats, offering sacred spaces where people can rest, release, and realign. My intention is to help you feel safe, seen, and empowered—with a deep sense of joy and curiosity guiding the way.

Event Components

Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, and chimes as you drift into deep relaxation. Soundbaths shift brainwaves into meditative states, allowing for profound rest, stress relief, and energetic renewal. A deeply restorative experience for body, mind, and soul.

Cacao Blessing

Experience the heart-opening power of ceremonial cacao, a sacred plant medicine used for centuries to deepen connection, clarity, and joy. This gentle yet profound ritual offers a space for reflection, intention-setting, and emotional healing, leaving you feeling warm, open, and uplifted.

Sharing Circle & Connection Practices

Come together in a safe, supportive space to share, listen, and connect. Through guided discussion, reflective prompts, and heart-centered practices, this session fosters deep connection, self-expression, and a sense of belonging—perfect for group bonding and soul nourishment.

Yoga or Tai Chi

Move your body with grace and intention through yoga or tai chi, each offering unique benefits. Yoga (best suited for outdoors) enhances flexibility, strength, and inner peace through mindful movement and breath. Tai Chi, a meditative practice of flowing movements, can be enjoyed indoors or outdoors, promoting balance, energy flow, and deep relaxation. Both practices leave you feeling centered, revitalized, and connected.

Chakra Dancing & Somatic Practices

Move intuitively and release stored tension through chakra dancing, mindful movement, and somatic healing practices. This powerful, embodied experience helps restore balance, awaken vitality, and cultivate joy—all while tuning into your body’s natural rhythm.

Journaling & Intention Setting

Create space for inner reflection through guided journaling and intention setting. Thoughtful prompts will encourage clarity, self-awareness, and manifestation, helping you align with your desires and take inspired action towards your goals. A perfect way to integrate your retreat experience.

Art & Creativity

Tap into your creative flow with an expressive art session designed to awaken intuition and self-expression. Whether through painting, drawing, or mindful creativity, this practice encourages play, exploration, and connection to your inner wisdom—no artistic experience needed!

Guided Meditation or Yoga Nidra

Journey inward with a soothing guided meditation or Yoga Nidra, known as “yogic sleep.” These deeply restorative practices help quiet the mind, ease tension, and invite profound stillness—perfect for deep relaxation, emotional release, and soul nourishment.

Forest Bathing or Breathwork

Reconnect with nature and your breath in this grounding practice designed to calm the nervous system and heighten awareness. When outdoors, immerse in forest bathing, mindfully attuning to the sights, sounds, and sensations of nature. If indoors, explore breathwork techniques that enhance relaxation, clarity, and energy flow—both practices offering deep restoration and balance.

I would also be very happy to discuss running an event for you in your own preferred location, although the additional costs (venue hire and potentially travel) would need to be covered by yourselves.
