The Winter Solstice, Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox mark key points in the cycle of life in nature. The Autumn Equinox marks just one of the changes of seasons, and is a time when our ancestors have traditionally taken time to honour the harvest and to begin taking their spiritual journey inward..

The Autumn Equinox arrives in Europe at 3:03 on Friday 23rd September, but we will be marking the occasion on Tuesday 27th with a joyfully, relaxing, nourishing and rejuvenating evening.

As always, we will have gluten free treats, fresh mint tea and the oracle cards for you to use, and there will be time where you can spend connecting with yourself or others in contemplation or celebration.
