Full Moon Soundbath & Cacao Mini Retreat

Join us for another soulful evening of connection and nourishment to welcome in the Full Moon in Gemini, which is the ‘outgoing and playful’ sign ruling communication.
With the Moon in Gemini and the Sun in Sagittarius, this Full Moon brings our attention to themes to do with communication, feelings of indecision, playful curiosity, wisdom and adventure. Whatever has been building up inside recently, the energy of the cosmos demands that we now let it out.
Our evening together will give you the opportunity to feel into these themes in your life, giving a little time for some journal prompts to assist with setting intentions for a beautiful & blissful Cacao blessing, followed by a powerfully healing guided meditation and soundbath to help you integrate your intentions and give you new insights.
The evening will end with with warming ginger or mint tea, yummy gluten free treats, and time to connect with your soundbath buddies or to just be reflective. There will be an array of oracle cards on hand for further insights too.

If you have epilepsy, are in the 1st trimester of pregnancy or have a pace maker it is not advised to participate in a Sound Bath. Please also let us know if you have any serious mental health conditions. It is unadvisable to take alcohol before one of our events, and is recommended to have a gentle evening planned afterwards in most cases. With pre-existing conditions, participants should follow advice of their doctor concerning the practice of yoga, and participating in sound bath, breath-work or ceremonial cacao – especially while taking prescription medication.
