Sound Bath & Cacao Mini Retreat – Samhain & Halloween Celebrations

Come join us for another soul nourishing mini retreat on Sunday Oct 27th, where we will celebrate the change of season that Samhain and Halloween bring forth. This is when the veil between worlds is at its thinnest, and we get to honour our ancestors as we’ve always done in this most magical of times.

It’s a wonderful event for celebration, deep connection, sacred honouring, soulful reflection and preparation for the new season ahead.

Fill your heart (and cups) with a nurturing blend of goodness; from a soothing guided meditation, deeply healing soundbath, blissful cacao blessing, a fire ritual for purification, and more. There will of course be gluten free cakes and fresh mint or fresh warming ginger root tea at the end, with time to relax, connect and integrate with your sound bath buddies – or you can use the multiple packs of oracle cards if desired. Another beautiful opportunity to feel deeply nourished in a delightful candlelit haven of tranquility.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
Sound baths have been described as a ‘sonic massage’, where you literally bathe in the healing and soothing vibrations of Crystal Singing Bowls (aligned to each Chakra) the powerful gong ‘Kali’ and an array of percussion instruments all designed to take you on a cosmic and underwater journey.

Sound healing is not new, it has been used for thousands of years by our most ancient and wisest ancestors such as the Egyptians, Ancient Greeks and Native Americans. Just like our ancestors, we successfully use sound healing today on all manner of ailments – from migraines, insomnia, mental and emotional imbalances, stress, anxiety, digestive issues and many other medical conditions.

It has been found that the frequencies and vibrations of sound baths slow our brainwaves down to alpha and theta waves which is where deep restorative healing (even to DNA level) can occur. This is known as altered states of consciousness, and you can come away from a sound bath knowing you have not only given yourself some time to deeply relax, but you are being healed at a cellular level at the same time ❤

CONSIDERATIONS:
Contra-indications: This session is not suitable for anyone with heart conditions (pacemaker), epilepsy or first trimester of pregnancy.

A minimum of 72 hours notice is required if you cannot attend. If less than 72 hours notice is given, it will not be possible to exchange or refund, however we will always try to help you find someone to replace you so that nobody loses out. You may sell your ticket on to another.
