Soundbath & Guided Meditation for Self-Love & Kindness

In the week that is traditionally ‘hallmarked’ for love, we would like to bring you a sanctuary of tranquility where you can come by yourself (or with a friend) for some soulful nourishment and self care.
Our soothing soundbath evening will help us get into deeper balance within ourselves, giving us the much needed resources to bring us into a greater sense of peace and self love
There will also be a little time to connect and reflect at the end with warming ginger/mint teas and gluten free treats as well as the use of an array of oracle cards to get greater insights from your experience if you wish to use them.
