‘The Glow Retreat’ – a small gathering under the Flower Full Moon

A nourishing evening to restore your nervous system and awaken your natural glow – inside and out

There is something deeply special that happens when women gather in a small, intimate space… when the lights soften, the outside world fades, and we allow ourselves to slow down.

This candlelit evening retreat is an invitation to step out of the busyness of life and into a space of warmth, connection and deep restoration.

We begin gently, with refreshing drinks infused with berries and natural flavours, allowing you to arrive and settle into the space.

From here, you’ll be guided through a beautiful face yoga and breathwork session, designed to stimulate circulation, release tension, and bring a natural, healthy glow to the skin. Using carefully chosen natural products, this part of the evening is both uplifting and deeply nurturing.

As the energy softens, we transition into stillness…
a gentle sage cleanse, a moment to reset, and a guided relaxation to prepare the body and mind.

You’ll then be immersed in a long, deeply restorative soundbath, where layers of sound gently wash over you, allowing the nervous system to unwind and the body to drop into a state of profound rest.

We close the evening slowly and softly, with cacao, oracle cards, and time to reflect, connect, and simply be.
