Full Supermoon Sound Bath & Cacao Sanctuary

As November draws us deeper into the darker months, the Full Supermoon offers a beautiful invitation to pause, turn inwards and reconnect with yourself.

Join me for a deeply nourishing evening of candlelight, connection, heart-opening cacao, guided meditation and an immersive gong and soundbath journey, all held within the warmth of our little sanctuary.

A Supermoon occurs when the Moon is particularly close to Earth, appearing a little larger and brighter in our skies. What a lovely backdrop for an evening devoted to slowing down, reflecting and making space for ourselves.

Together, we’ll take time to settle, gently release the busyness of everyday life and explore what might be ready to soften or shift as we approach the final weeks of the year.

Your evening will include:

✨ A gentle welcome, grounding, and space for connection & reflection

✨ Delicious, heart-opening ceremonial-grade cacao, enjoyed with intention

✨ A guided meditation inspired by the Full Moon

✨ An extended, deeply immersive gong and soundbath journey

✨ Time afterwards to gently return, with warming teas, delicious treats and oracle cards

Wrapped in candlelight, beautiful sounds and the company of like-minded souls, this is an opportunity to step away from the demands of the outside world and simply be held, nourished and restored.

Whether you’re a regular visitor to our sanctuaries or joining us for the very first time, you’ll be warmly welcomed.

Come as you are – and leave a little more connected to yourself 🤎
