New Moon Sanctuary – An Intimate Gathering of Rest & Release

As autumn draws us further into its embrace, we invite you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and into a beautiful afternoon of deep rest, gentle release and reconnection.

Gathering beneath the darkening skies of the approaching Scorpio New Moon, we’ll take inspiration from nature’s invitation to slow down, soften and let go of what we no longer need to carry.

Together, Kerry and I have created a rather special sanctuary, weaving together nurturing practices to help you release tension, quieten the mind and melt into a delicious state of relaxation.

Your afternoon of sanctuary will include ✨ :

✨ Facial release & rejuvenation with Kerry – A beautiful guided practice combining gentle facial yoga, massage and relaxation techniques to ease tension held in the face, jaw and neck. An invitation to soften the expression, release the day’s stresses and discover just how much holding we can release in these often-overlooked places.

✨ Heart-warming cacao – A moment to pause, savour and connect with yourself, setting a gentle intention for the afternoon ahead.

✨ An extended immersive soundbath – Snuggle down beneath your blanket and surrender to the rich, resonant sounds and vibrations of gongs, singing bowls and other beautiful instruments. A spacious journey of sound and stillness, with nothing to do, nowhere to be and absolutely nothing to achieve.

✨ Teas, treats & gentle integration – We’ll close our afternoon with something sweet & delicious, a warming cuppa and a little time to return at your own pace.

A little space to exhale. To soften. To simply be.

As this retreat is such a small gathering refunds will not be possible, but I will help you sell your place on to anyone on the waiting list (or to a friend).
