Glow Mini Retreat – Strawberry Full Moon Edition <3

Join us for a beautiful evening of self-care, connection and soul nourishment beneath the gentle energy of the Strawberry Moon.

Designed as a nurturing retreat for women, Glow is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and spend a few precious hours replenishing body, mind and spirit in a warm and welcoming space.

Our evening will begin with a gentle arrival and welcome drink before Kerry guides us through a wonderfully relaxing Face Yoga session, using natural skincare products and simple techniques to help soften tension, encourage radiance and leave you feeling refreshed from the inside out.

We will then move into the lounge, where cosy beds, blankets and candlelight await for a deeply restorative soundbath. Allow yourself to be immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations as you relax, unwind and reconnect with yourself.

Afterwards, we will gather together for ceremonial cacao, herbal teas, sweet treats and gentle conversation, with oracle cards available for anyone who feels called to explore them.

If the weather is kind to us, we may even take our cacao out to the firepit and close the evening beneath the summer sky.
