Before the summer calendars fill up, the holidays begin, and life becomes a little busier, why not gift yourself a few hours to pause, breathe, and simply be looked after?

Join me for a deeply nourishing evening designed to help you step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through reflection, relaxation, healing sound and gentle connection.

We’ll begin with a series of simple grounding practices, short journalling (or oracle cards if you’d prefer), and a blissful cacao ceremony.

You’ll then be invited to snuggle down for a guided meditation to help you settle into the present moment and then surrender into a long, immersive soundbath, allowing the soothing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments to guide you into a state of deep rest and restoration.

We’ll close the evening slowly with herbal teas, sweet treats, and oracle cards for those who would like them. There will always be opportunities for gentle connection, but no pressure if you’d rather just ‘be’ in your own space.

Whether you’re a parent preparing for a busy summer, feeling in need of a little replenishment, or simply longing for some peaceful time to yourself, this is an opportunity to slow down, refill your cup, and leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded.

A minimum of 72 hours notice is required if you cannot attend. If less than 72 hours notice is given, it will not be possible to exchange or refund, however we will always try to help you find someone to replace you so that nobody loses out. You may sell your ticket on to another.
