Love & Connection isn’t just for Valentines day <1f609.png>
Sunday 19th Feb marks the end of the official ‘week of love’, so in this super snuggly mini retreat, we will be reminding ourselves just how good it is to put our self-care first.
What even is love? The word can be riddled with conflicting emotions – hearts & flowers? or maybe failed expectations & wounds? This is why I like to talk about ‘connection’ – a softer expression of love, one we all can relate to. Our hearts long for connection and that can be found literally anywhere – through a smile, a memory, a flower, a shared passion…connection with ourselves, connection with others.. this is ultimately the love that I speak of <2764.png>
A program of delights await, including a deeply enjoyable exercise in finding appreciation for ourselves, a blissful chocolatey cacao blessing, joyful journal prompts to remind you how wonderful you are; gentle stretching of the body to help you relax, and a powerfully healing guided meditation & soundbath…, all with the focus towards self love & connection.
The evening will end with warming ginger, or freshmint tea and gluten free cakes, and a chance to reflect or connect with your sound bath buddies in a beautiful, cosy, candlelit setting. There will be oracle cards on hand too should you wish to use them to gain further insights from your experience.
Come in your comfy PJ’s or onesies if you’d like – a blissful evening of Self Love & Connection awaits you <2764.png>
Standard tickets are JUST £25. These highly popular mini retreats book out, so do grab your place soon.
