The Winter Solstice is a magical time of year; a time to celebrate reaching the longest night and a return of the light as the days finally start to get longer.
It is a wonderful time to rest and reflect on this last year, giving gratitude to what has served us well, and preparing us for what we want to bring into next year ahead.
Your Mini Retreat will offer you a chance to reflect with a few journal prompts to prepare you for the retreat, along with a beautiful Cacao Blessing, a Winter Solstice Guided Meditation, a deeply healing Soundbath to recharge you, and time to connect around the fire pit together.
There will be mince pies, warming ginger tea, and you will each receive a little gift from me to bring grace and gratitude to mark the end of this year<3. As usual you will get time to reflect and connect with your soundbath buddies and there will be oracle cards available should you wish to gain further insights from the year, or your experience.

If you have epilepsy, are in the 1st trimester of pregnancy or have a pace maker it is not advised to participate in a Sound Bath. Please also let us know if you have any serious mental health conditions. It is unadvisable to take alcohol before one of our events, and is recommended to have a gentle evening planned afterwards in most cases. With pre-existing conditions, participants should follow advice of their doctor concerning the practice of yoga, and participating in sound bath, breath-work or ceremonial cacao – especially while taking prescription medication.
